Zucchini – 1 no

Onion – 2 nos

Chicken – 250 gms

Sea salt as needed

Coconut oil – 4 tbsps.



Peel the skin from Zucchini. Cut it into lengthy thin slices. Cut the onions to thin slices. Heat the pan; add oil and sauté the Zucchini slices in the oil.

Sprinkle salt and sauté the Zucchini until it turns brown. Remove it from the Pan. Sauté the onion until transparent.

Cut chicken into small pieces and add it to the Pan. Saute the chicken until it is completely cooked. Add salt and pepper at the end and remove it from the pan.  



Add it to the sautéed Zucchini and serve it hot.
