Ingredients:

carrot - 200gm

egg - 2nos

cinnamon powder - 1tbs

salt

oil

 

Procedure:

Wash and peel the skins of the carrot and boil it. Once boiled let it cool down and squeeze out the water. In a blender add the eggs and the carrots. Also add needed salt and cinnamon powder.

Blend it to paste. Heat the frying pan or the skillet and spread it with little oil. Then pour in a ladle of carrot egg dough on the skillet. Do not make it very thin and do not make it big. Sometimes then it is difficult to flip it to the other side.

When the pancake is cooked on one side and firmed up, ease around the edges of the pancake with a spatula and flip it to the other side. When both the sides are completely cooked, remove it from the skillet and continue with the rest of the dough.

Serve it with honey.
