Ingredients:

  • Chicken – 250 gms
  • Egg – 1
  • Carrot – 2 no’s
  • Salt
  • Oil

 

Procedure:

Cook the chicken in water with little salt. Once cooked, discard the water and keep it aside for making soup.

Wash and peel the carrots and boil the carrots with little salt. Cut the boiled carrots into pieces

Heat a skillet and add few tbsp. of oil. Sauté the boiled chicken for few mins until light brown and transfer it to a plate.

Add few more oil for making egg scrambles. Pour the beaten egg when the oil is hot and mix it well. Add salt and sauté until it is fully cooked.

Add the carrot pieces to the skillet. Also add the chicken back to the skillet and mix everything together.

Adjust the salt for taste and transfer the salad to the plate and serve it.
