• Salmon – 250 gms
  • Chili Powder – 2 tbsp.
  • Almond flour or paste – 4 tbsp. (optional)
  • Salt
  • Oil - 3 tbsp.



Wash the salmon. Remove the skin and the bones. Cut the fish into thin slices.


Marinate the fish pieces with chili and salt. Then add the almond flour and marinate the fish for few mins.


Pour the oil in the pan and switch on the stove. When the oil is hot add the fish pieces and shallow fry it. Very little oil is enough for cooking salmon, because it oozes out oil by itself. When it is completely cooked turn it to other side.

When both sides are cooked and turns brown, remove it from the pan. Add next batch of fish and fry them.
