• Salmon – 250 gms
  • Chili Powder – 2 tbsp.
  • Onion – 1
  • Tomato – 1
  • Curry leaves
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp.
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tsp.
  • Salt
  • Oil



Wash the salmon. Remove the skin and the bones. Cut the fish into small pieces. Cut the onion and tomato to small pieces. Heat the pan. Add 3 tbsp. oil. Add the mustard seeds, curry leaves, genger garlic paste and onion. Sauté the onion until it turns transparent.

 Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté it until soft. Then add the fish pieces and sauté for few more mins.

When the fish is half cooked add salt and chili powder. Sauté it until the fish is completely cooked.

Switch off the stove and transfer it to a bowl. In this recipe you can replace salmon with most other fish varieties.
