• Almonds – 100 gms
  • Banana - 1
  • Cardamom – 1 tbsp.
  • Plum - 1
  • Honey – ½ cup



Soak the Almonds in water for 2 hours. Peel-off the skin and blend it in to fine paste with little water.


Peel the plum and add the plum and banana to the blender. Add honey and blend it again until smooth.

Pour or spoon this mixture in the Popsicle mold leaving little space. Cut few almonds into small pieces or grate the Almonds. Add these almond pieces on the top of the Popsicle mold and insert the sticks.

Keep the Popsicles in the freezer for 5 hours or overnight.
