• Broccoli florets - 200gms
  • Kale - 200gms
  • Onion - 1no
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Vegetable stock - 1 cup
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt as needed
  • Pepper as needed
  • Coconut oil - 3 tbls



Clean and cut the onion and garlic into small pieces. Clean and cut Broccoli into florets. Heat the oil in a pan and add the Bay leaf, garlic and onion one by one.

When the onion turns transparent, add the kale and broccoli and saute it. After few mins of sauteing, add the vegetable stock and allow it to cook in low heat for 15mins.



Switch off the heat and allow it to cool down. Pour the mixture in the blender and blend it. Adjust the consistency of the soup as you want with vegetable stock.

Add needed salt and pepper and transfer it to a bowl.
