• Carrots - 500gm
  • Onion - 2nos
  • Green chilies - 2nos
  • salt
  • curry leaves (optional)



Wash and clean the carrots. Peel off the skin and boil it in any of the methods explained in Intro Boiled carrot recipe.

Cut the onion and green chilies into pieces. Adjust the green chilies according to your taste. Or you can also replace this with pepper powder or red chilies. Cut the carrots into small pieces.

Heat a skillet and add oil. When it is hot add onion and green chilies and sauté it until it is transparent. You can also add curry leaves or other legal seasonings.

Add the carrots to the skillet. Add salt if needed. Sauté the carrots for few mins.

Switch off the stove and add the chopped coriander leaves or other seasoning as you wish.

Serve it in a bowl.
