Non Vegetarian

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Chicken - 200gm
  • Egg - 2nos
  • Cinnamon powder - 1tbs
  • Salt
  • Oil

 Procedure:

Wash and clean the chicken and boil it. Once boiled let it cool down and strain the water. In a blender add the cooked chicken. Also add needed salt and cinnamon powder.

Blend it to coarse and then add the eggs. Blend it to paste.

Heat the frying pan or the skillet and spread it with little oil. Then pour in a ladle of dough on the skillet. Spread it like a thick omelet.

When the pancake is cooked on one side and firmed up, ease around the edges of the pancake with a spatula and flip it to the other side. When both the sides are completely cooked, remove it from the skillet and continue with the rest of the dough.

Serve it with honey or any side dish.
