  • Chicken Broth or water that you used for boiling chicken for chicken pancake or chicken bread – 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp.
  • Cumin powder – 1 tsp.
  • Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp.
  • Chopped curry leaves – 1 tbsp.
  • Chopped mint leaves – 1 tbsp.
  • Oil – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt & Pepper for taste



Heat a skillet and pour the oil. When it is hot add the ingredients except the chicken broth and sauté for few mins.

After few mins add the soup and allow it to simmer for few mins. Add salt and pepper for taste.


Serve it in a soup bowl.
