  • Chicken parts – ½ kg
  • Carrot – 250 gm.
  • Water – ¾ l.
  • Onion – 2
  • Coriander
  • Salt
  • Pepper (optional)



Take the Chicken bony parts such as legs and thighs. Wash and clean them. Add these chicken pieces in a pan and add water to it.

Clean and peel the carrots. Add it to the pan. Add onions, coriander and needed salt. Allow it to simmer for 45 mins.

Strain the soup.

Separate the fleshy chicken from the bones and make it into small pieces.

Cut the carrots into small pieces or smash it and add the chicken pieces and carrots to the strained soup. Discard the rest.

Add salt and pepper according to your taste and serve it in a soup bowl.
